Q1: How can I find my order details and track my order?

A: Typically, we send your order details to the email address associated with your Pabung account. If you did not find the email in your inbox, check the spam folder on your email as well.

If you checked out as a guest or didn't provide an email during order placement, you might not have received these details. No worries, you can retrieve your order information in two ways:

1. Provide us your four-digit Order number followed by #.
2. Provide us your full name entered when placing the order, along with your city and state name. If you'd like to update your email address, please provide us with the new email address.

Once you share this information with us, we'll promptly provide your order details. After your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification from us, including the tracking number and courier link.

Q2: What Is the Estimated Delivery Time for Order Within India?

A: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. If the scheduled dispatch date falls on a weekend or holiday, the order will be dispatched on the next working day.

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time ranges from 3-7 days in urban areas (cities) and can take upto 12 days or more in remote locations which are delivered via Sub-Offices.

The tracking number will be sent to the registered email address. Please contact us if you haven't provided an email address when placing your order.

Q3: Can You Deliver Outside Manipur? Is Your Service Operating During the Current Situation in Manipur?

A: Yes, our service is fully operational. We deliver all orders nationwide via Speedpost, a service provided by India Post. While some courier services may have temporarily halted operations, Speedpost remains active as part of India Post. You can place orders hassle-free through our website or mobile app.

Q4: Do You Ship Internationally?

A: Yes, we do. For international orders, please contact us to place a cross-border order.

Q5: Do You Offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) option as our courier partners doesn't provide this option.

We use courier services for shipping and delivery all our outside Manipur orders.

We have a cancellation and refund policy that outlines procedures for situations such as non-delivery or the loss of a parcel.

Q7: Why Is There a Shipping Delay?

A: Normally, all orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. If the scheduled dispatch date falls on a weekend or holiday, the order will be dispatched on the following business day. Q8: Do You Offer Free Shipping?

A: Free shipping is available exclusively for Combo packs within India.
Note: For individual items, shipping and packaging charges are auto-calculated based on the order's total weight. The total amount will be displayed at checkout prior to making the payment. Please note that weight-based shipping charges apply to all items, even when ordered alongside a combo pack.

Q9: How Are Shipping Charges Determined?

A: Shipping charges are determined based on a weight-based pricing system. The shipping fee is calculated according to your order's total weight, increasing in intervals of 500 grams or 1000 grams, as per the courier company's pricing structure. Please note that the shipping charges do not increase proportionally with weight.

A: Certainly! If you need to make changes, send us the required updates, and we'll modify your order accordingly. Before requesting a cancellation, please review our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. To cancel your order, contact us, and we'll assist you promptly.

Q11: My order status shows "delivered," but I haven't received the parcel. What should I do?

A: If you reside in a house, apartment, or similar accommodation, we recommend you to check with your roommate, housemate, landlord, or neighbor. They might have received the package on your behalf but have not handed it over to you.

If you reside in a hostel, PG, apartment complex, army quarters, or similar accommodations, it's possible that the security personnel received your parcel but have not handed it on to you. We recommend checking with your security staff, as they may have your parcel on hold and can assist you in locating it.
